A turnkey slope stabilization work site behind an estate home in Rancho Santa Fe, CA . The work included the tie back shoring of a wall (36 tie backs with 200 kip loads) to provide support to the house and swimming pool above the slope. A storm and site drainage system was implemented and 12,000 cubic yards of grading and re-vegetation were part of the project on this site.
